Pros

- (some) great people to work with - good salary in comparison to other tech companies in Dublin

Cons

- toxic culture - you're either ally or enemy culture - less benefits: removing benefits (silently, you don't realize until you claim it and they tell you it was removed) - silent layoff: they're trying to make work miserable so you leave the company yourself, they don't have to deal with PIP or redundancy package. your day is full of micromanagement, dull tasks, gossip and blame then you realize it's time to leave - mediocre leadership: people are brought to leadership roles without any people management experience, vision, or competency. - wall street leadership: there are people above you who only played Candy Crush and that's their relationship to gaming. You'll feel like you're working in one of the Big 4 companies

Pros

Nice location in the NW with great teams to work side by side with.

Cons

The office space in Mercer Island feels thrown together although their intentions are good but in over a year, staff would rather work at home.
