      You get to work alongside some of the smartest and most passionate people in the industry. Lots of real talent here, and lots to learn. Lots of high-achievers.

      Cons

      Constantly have to prove yourself. Contentious atmosphere. Used to be considered not good enough if you didn't play the right kind of hardcore games, but supposedly that has since changed.
