      - Willing to try different methods to attract talent (subsidise gym, fruits/cereals/snacks always available for staff, unlimited annual leave etc) - High trust in the individual to get things done - Teamwork

      Cons

      - Lack of direction for many staff given the changing nature of business and uncertainty of what is required - Minimal policies and guidance subject to possible abuse

      - Autonomy (in a local office I've never experienced something like this) - Empowerment (to work on the things we believe are the most important for our players - Riot has still tons of potential to grow - If you are driven, smart, and you rock, there are tons of career opportunities in Riot worldwide - Amazing office in Sydney but also great offices all around the world - So much talent and passionate people to work with

      Cons

      - There is always more work to be done than people doing it (not sure it is a cons) - Australia is far away. Communication is more challenging with other offices

      We're growing at an incredible rate and sometimes it can be a struggle keeping up with all the changes happening within the company.
