A dream job for gamers

Pros

Everyone at Riot is genuinely passionate about games, which makes it an inspiring place to work. It was my dream job to be surrounded by people who not only play games but truly understand players. Communication is open and easy across teams, and there’s a strong culture of collaboration. I always felt like my voice mattered, whether I was working with developers, designers, or leadership.

Cons

None that stood out to me personally—but if you're not a gamer, the culture might feel a bit intense or niche.

Pros

Awesome place to work at. Lots to learn from very capable colleagues.

Cons

Starting an initiative or kickstarting a new project from regional offices can be a big challenge, as most approvals have to go through their central team in LA.
