Experience and exposure to the industry The perks of being in the luxury/watches is the international travel, events, the products

Cons

Limited opportunities to advance/progress in career. Mostly not based on achievements or merit, instead, office politics and alliances brings better opportunities. The job/tasks are extremely controlled and guidelines must be adhered to (no flexibility to market differences).
