Pros

Richemont can pay good salaries, particularly in certain countries or functions. Richemont's brands are very nice and renowned, the company offers fair access to staff sales. Although not a forerunner, the Group is taking measures to become more modern and appeal to millennials, like allowing remote work once per week.

Cons

The Group lacks a unitary vision and strategy. For employees, this means no options to grow or move across functions nor countries. RH Department, in most cases, completely unable to support people.
