      - very human culture, offering lots of benefits (flex working hours, parental leave, restaurant, great facilities, activities) - cllimate of trust, open colleagues - job and career opportunities - international career possible - healthy industry, prestigious brands - fair pay - leaders see the need to change, open discourse on what needs to change

      Cons

      - very political - long lasting change process - decisions take long and you need to onboard everyone - Richemont as an Employer not as known as its brands
