Pros

• Benefits – best benefits I have had in my career to date (time off, holidays, 401k, company picnic, ...). • People – have the opportunity to work with great people from around the world who care about each other, our world, our business, and our clients. • Cultural Direction – culture is moving in a positive direction, becoming more and more transparent and feeling more attentive towards its associates. • Opportunities – Numerous opportunities around the globe in many different areas of the organization. Ability to take advantage of the opportunities if you are willing to put the time and effort into learning, developing, and adding value.

Cons

• Decision making is slow and centralized

Pros

There is real and positive change happening at Richemont. While Richemont has been deliberate about not touting the impact it makes, there is deliberate and significant investment with a long term vision for society and our future. With all this change comes real opportunity for career growth and performance.

Cons

With so many brands and high ambitions it does take some work to collaborate but the people are great and are working hard on becoming much more agile.

Pros

A true international experience and melting pot of cultures. An exclusive portfolio of luxury brands with real heritage. A well organised and modern multinational with status, "Classy". Good working conditions and compensation and benefits.

Cons

Overly political with rampant nepotism. The old executive is retiring and their direct reports are being forced out leaving a vacuum of experience and emotional intelligence. Many employees are overworked to exhaustion, and a younger generation is left disillusioned by changes.
