Pros

Good health insurance and maternity/paternity leave. Start out with 3 weeks vacation, 7 personal, and 5 sick days. 3% profit sharing and also 401k matching of first 3% and then 50% of the next 2%. Fully vested after 6 years.

Cons

Many system issues and limitations. Also is not good with education reimbursement, since it’s not guaranteed even if approved. Lots of work and not enough headcount while pay is not competitive.
