IT department suffers from lot of pressure, total lack of leadership and governance, no vision, no strategy, nobody knows when we are going. Lot of employees are suffering with pressure and stress, senior leadership don't really respect people.

Some people are more pompous, some people are more showy, but most of them are good appearance and temperament, the elevator can distinguish Richemont people at a glance. You can come in as a normal person. You will work with you and make you feel nice and bring you snacks.

Cons

Every brand managing director has his own PA The working ability is not uniform, some are very diaosi, some are all kinds of scum, but those who can manage are generally excellent. The team is highly stable, many of them are old employees for many years. European culture of the company, so the overall efficiency is not too high, various processes are relatively lengthy.
