- ever-evolving industry, at the heart of both luxury and ecommerce - Richemont takes care of its employees, with plenty of benefits outside of salary - Richemont encourages idea generation - access to preferential pricing for beautiful products

- long days, but interesting days - can sometimes be slow in terms of decision making, because of the size of the Group - typical matrix multinational structure; not always clear who exactly is responsible for what

I worked for RICHEMONT North America at their Grand Prairie warehouse for 2+ years. 1) The pay is above the market average. 2) Great health insurance and time-off benefits. 3) The work culture is good and the co-workers are nice people.

Cons

Some people complain that there is no proper training but my experience has been different. If you reach out to the right people you will receive all the necessary training to perform your job. Work/Life satisfaction is guaranteed if expectations are not too high.
