Pros

- Budget: Usage of latest technologies - Travel: Often and in really good conditions - Training (depending on your team/department): One training per year

Cons

- Mindset: People are not going into to the same direction. It's extremely difficult for motivated people, they are getting tired quickly. A good portion of the company is demotivated. - Human Resources: No discussion with them, human should be removed from their department name. NEGOCIATE you salary at the entrance, it's too late afterwards (despite being promoted). - Strategy: in several years in the company, I only have few strategies in mind that led to results. Most of the teams do whatever they want, without consulting other teams. - Decision: when by any chance a decision is taken, it's usually done without consulting other teams. So it's often a fight or no one is applying it. - Reward: huge disparity between people and teams. Gender equality is just for linkedin or financial reports...

Pros

Excellent perks and competitive compensation.

Cons

Unfortunately most of the high-profile work is impossibly politic. Senior managers spend most of their time plotting for the next coup.
