      Colleague are nice but there is also two faced colleague to polish boot

      Management do not take responsibility. They do not talk among themselve for alignment. Get monkey pay (underpaid) and do elephant job. Job scope will be additional from the job scope you have apply. You have to work Overtime most of the time to get your work done and more task. Otherwise is escalate and ping pong ball email .
