      Sometimes there's free coffee in the breakroom

      Cons

      Management is arrogant, unqualified, and clueless. There is no real corporate standard, and training is non-existent. Only a handful of people know what they are doing, and they are overworked, underpayed, and overlooked. Reviews are non-existent, and raises are scarce and scant.

      Pros

      Honestly, none. All you see will see are colleagues packing their stuff and leaving the company for good.

      Cons

      Everything thing you do, you will watched (micro-managed). Company is run by a fer German Directors and a German CEO. Either they are racists against Asians or they just prefer females. They will not hesitate to terminate you whether you did or did not do a good job.

      Small organization with strong leadership. Gives good career opportunity. 2 mother companies have solid reputation and financial stability. Friendly environment

      Cons

      Very much result oriented, can be a bit over controlling on employees and atmosphere become tense at times. Salaries are on average but due to the workload and overtime, they should be higher
