High Turnover of Staff

Pros

Friendly and intelligent colleagues. Consultants are given a lot of responsibility which provides rapid promotion opportunity. Social events including Hackathons and Labcamps across the Reply Group. High profile customers.

Cons

Lack of attempts to provide work life balance. In fact, the less life that you have, the more you are rewarded. This continually affects staff morale hence a high resignation rate of very talented staff. Unprofessional management, recent cost cutting initiatives and increasingly aggressive project timelines make the company very difficult to enjoy working for.

Pros

Young company, good salary for freshly-graduated new hires.

Cons

Being a holding, depending on the sub-company you land in your mileage may vary: some sub-companies aren't technology-focused enough and you may end doing repetitive tasks (data entry, reporting, monitoring/operations...). Also, not many benefits. Plus, it's a consultancy.
