      Pros

      At Reply I found many skilled colleagues, if you are lucky, and you are in Milan, Rome, or Turin, you can take part to different interesting projects.

      Cons

      It's a consultancy company. If you are unlucky, you could be stuck at a customer for years. No career, no job improvement, forgotten by your manager. You will advance in career only if you work 20 hours/day, good or bad job doesn't Matteo. Almost no training course. There is almost no HR, not as you could find in other company, you will negotiate only with your manager.

      I have free will and power to do my job and I have all resources I need in time for project delivery

      I spend Too many hours at work instead with my family and sometimes is very frustrating but I know this is work condition in italy now

      When you get bored of the project you're in, you get the chance to take part in an internal event or Hackathon that give you some vision, connections and training over new topics Reply is an agile organisation, maybe a little messy, but responding to outside challenges in short time
