      Pros

      It's a company suited for your first job and the career path is clearly stated.

      Cons

      There was lack of communication which led to very inefficient work. This problem was among different BUs and between management and consultants. Moreover, after few months, it was clear that there were few opportunities to grow professionally.

      - Open doors mentality that allows you to reach Senior partners directly. - Great location - Diverse projects which provide great learning experience - Supports career progression of staff

      Cons

      - For some projects you will be spending most of your time at the client which makes you loose the connection with the company - Heavy dependence on Partners in charge of your company. Their competence varies across companies.

      Very nice culture, interesting and fun people to work with, great office and resources (both for personal development and daily use).

      A lot of people work at client site, so do not get to interact with everyone in the company, But other than that there are no cons
