Pros

Access to lots of clever people across the Reply group

Cons

It's all about the billable days, nobody gives a damn if you live or die as long as your time is chargeable. The bi-annual personnel review process is shocking. People who have never even met you judge you and make career-changing decisions about you. You are placed in a "team" under a manager that you may never meet as you can all be on different sites.

Pros

Has employed some really great people who are all in it together

Cons

As a consultant in one of the companies you are probably safe, elsewhere it is very much trying to make the Italian way work with little thought / interest in understanding how it works over here. Very much about quantity over quality. Extremely high turnover of staff, little regard for employee welfare

Pros

- The experience is very good: you work as a consultant to a very big client right off the bat. - Because it is a small startup, you are given much responsibility early on in your position. - Small startup makes for a more casual dress code and workplace.

Cons

- Moving up to the next position is very difficult; there are senior consultants here who manage 5-10 people each that the company refuses to promote to manager. - Career path and other such discussions are difficult to have because career path is not clearly defined. - The pay and benefits are low compared to other positions of the same nature.
