      Pros

      the colleagues (and the only manager I had to deal with) were all very supportive, and tried to help as much as possible. No unpaid extra hours, fair requirements.

      Cons

      you may have to travel a bit as you progress in your career, and the job isn't exactly exciting (after all, it's consulting)

      Pros

      Nice and cozy company, with very strong values. Lots of specialized sub-companies (Amazon partners, Microsoft partners, Google partners, Oracle partners, Videogames, IoT, mobile development), make it possible to switch field of work if you want to, when there are opportunities available.

      Cons

      Lots of sub-companies, it is not unusual to see the management fight over a customer when job involves different techlogies.
