      Pros

      Ability to move into different projects. More exposure to different part of the financial industry. Can learn more skills due to exposure to many different projects. Not boring as a repetitive position.

      Cons

      Need to make sure that you are on the partners site and mind in order to get more and better projects. Don't know much of the colleagues as you are all the time at the client.
