      Pros

      Great company, innovative and always on the tech hype. Good chances to learn and collaborate are given to employees, with interesting formats :)

      Cons

      Unpaid extra working hours. On the other hand, time management it's quite flexible and you can arrange easily with your managers to compensate if you need some time off

      Pros

      Wonderful environment, the managers are great people who cares about your staff. Great possibility of career advancement. Lot of projects.

      Cons

      The company has not a funding program of courses, lectures and workshops. With this exception, I can not say anything negative.

      Sure is a safe place for job, more Reply companies with many arguments, Reply is in many cities, consulting means periodically see new projects

      Cons

      Not easy to get challange, you must be strong. Not easy to end your daily job in 8 hours, strong competition between Reply companies
