During my interview experience, I encountered several unprofessional behaviors from the HR department: Lack of communication: There was minimal to no follow-up from HR throughout the process. Tardiness: The interview started late, with no prior notice or explanation provided. Ghosting: Even after following up and requesting an update, I received no response or acknowledgment.

Young and friendly environment.Lots of customers and changes of projects are available, hybrid work but sometimes also full. self management, no badge. cozy

Cons

too much work for such salary, chaotic management. Customer is always the priority while mental health goes down.
