      Pros

      Good entry level salary for Italy standards, good smart working policy. Good internal training offering, good level of personal freedom.

      Cons

      Not so much skills and excellence as I expected. Evaluation is fake and useless if objectives are qualitative. The quality of your work depends too much on which company you work for.

      Good company marketing campaign. Solid financial status. Office spaces.

      Cons

      Over-exploitation of employees, high turnover, poor attention to people evolution, Permanent competition and fight among group companies. Short-sighted view with little to no investment. High turnover.
