Really the company pays always on time, good environment, encourage the juniors to learn and get experience. And the company encourage to get professional certificates.

Cons

In my opinion, It is difficult to growth professionally there, often the career path is ambiguous. However many people get high level for their career.

Nice working environment, full of young colleagues. A very good place to start the job career. A tutor is provided during the onboarding process of a new employee.

Cons

You will work on several projects based on the same technology. It will become a routine job on the long run limiting the possibility to enhance your overall knowledge and skill outside the project spectrum.
