Pros

Slow work environment...good for inexperienced developers. They are good about providing paid training related to your work. Good about reimbursing expenses.

Cons

Lower end of pay scale, medical package very very expensive with not great coverage. 401k is about less than average with not a great match. No bonus structure.

High Turnover of Staff

Pros

Friendly and intelligent colleagues. Consultants are given a lot of responsibility which provides rapid promotion opportunity. Social events including Hackathons and Labcamps across the Reply Group. High profile customers.

Cons

Lack of attempts to provide work life balance. In fact, the less life that you have, the more you are rewarded. This continually affects staff morale hence a high resignation rate of very talented staff. Unprofessional management, recent cost cutting initiatives and increasingly aggressive project timelines make the company very difficult to enjoy working for.
