Managers earn money from employee's time

Pros

They hire very often during the year, and the selection process is not that hard to pass. It may be an opportunity for newly graduated or people who want a work experience in a big company. New laptops, beautiful and clean offices. Lunch tickets and extra-work activities.

Cons

PM are pushed by managers, to first persuade employees to work overtime during the week (and if possible on weekends) in order to finish projects in advance, and then to take days off because "there is nothing to do". Annual reviews are useless, bonuses are poorly paid and no training during the year.

Pros

Working hours are acceptable and managers keen to hear your opinion. Big customers.

Cons

Low salaries. Annual evaluation is fake and useless. Worst HR so far: they don't even respond to mails and contacting them via telephone is more useless than shaving kiwis.
