      Pros

      For anyone interested in growing fast within the company, this is perfect. It also have a structure that allows a lot of freedom within the company. It s like having the benefits of a small company and the back up of a large group. it is a very entrepreneurial environment.

      Cons

      However you might end up with a position that you do not deserve and it can hard to come back to reality when you decide to leave the company. I see a lot of senior people just stuck in their ivory tour and not able to find better somewhere else.
