Pros

Some great people with a lot of talent

Cons

- Body rental projects, juniors and seniors are considered slaves - Low quality of projects (management and C-levels prefer quantity over quality) - Training is only internal, meaning that people are invited to study during night or weekend in order to hold a 2 hours speech on particular topics. If someone learns something wrong, the entire company knows the subject in a wrong way. - Bad salaries

Pros

- Prestigious client list as well as exciting projects being delivered - Big on juniors so if you're looking for somewhere to learn your craft you'll get the opportunity to - Culture of mucking in, I've seen partners ferrying swag to events in taxis and there isn' t a job 'beneath' them - Very open to consultants up-skilling themselves across teams if their interests change - A fair pay review process in place - A close team, I know everyone in the offices on a first name basis and would feel comfortable approaching anyone for help

Cons

- the pace is fast, if you're looking to clock watch the days away or come in at 9 and leave at 5 everyday then your expectations may not be realistic - The work hard play hard culture may be more suited to the juniors without dependants who are just looking to get into consultancy, but consultants with more of a family life and commitments can struggle to strike a balance - The pressure to be billable means consultants can struggle to find time to self teach and keep updated with new technology our clients are interested in
