Pros

Great group, organizes a lot of events, labs, hackathons, it even has an internal social network and it encourages you to share your knowledge at conferences and labs by giving you points that you can then use to buy training material like courses, books and even conference tickets.

Cons

if you happen to be on the satellite companies you miss most of the events that are organized in the main cities. Then your growth depends largely on the type of project or client you are assigned to, if you happen to be at one important client you could stay there for ages without any way to grow or change client other than leaving the company, management wont hear your complaints if the clients wants you there.

Pros

You get to work on really interesting clients and projects and learn from very experienced people. At the same time you get a say on the type of role you want to work on next, which is good to shape your career. You also acquire consulting skills, which is a plus for anyone, even if you don't want to stay in consulting. Pay is competitive

Cons

Holiday allowance is below average. If you're not proactive regarding your career you get stuck, your assigned manager may be someone who doesn't really want to be a manager, so they have no interest in your career.
