      Advancement is hard to come by because most higher-level positions are filled, and the people in those positions rarely want to leave.

      Good place to diversify your skillset

      Pros

      I never felt like I was stagnant because there was a wide variety of different assignments. Whenever I took on projects outside of my usual scope of work, management and senior employees made sure to make themselves available in case I had any questions, which motivated me to step out of my comfort zone even more than I normally would.

      Cons

      Pay wasn’t the worst, but not the most competitive either.
