      Pros

      Reply is made up of a lot of companies who are run "independently" of each other supported by a "shared service"... so there is bound to be a few good ones in the group. They support graduates so it would be a good entry point.

      Cons

      Because the group is made up of lots of different companies.. it's a bit hit and miss with the different companies... being somewhat associated to a large organisation helps a little bit but really not that much. Joining the shared services function is a big no-no... a lot of time an attention is given to the operating companies in general support functions are a low priority in most business anyway but I think more so the case at Reply

      Hard to find any really as few to be found.

      Cons

      - Unnecessarily pressured work environment - Pushy, bullish and almost outright bullying management - Reluctant to pay - Delivery over quality - 90's IT mindset of deliver now fix it later - An incredible attrition rate of high quality people

      Pros

      Small consulting company that helps organisations bring a practical vision for integrated risk and performance measurement

      Cons

      No respect for customers, employees, contractors and exploiting with low standards, low values and misconduct. Once you are on board no clear vision, more partners than consultants and poor communication.
