Makes you laugh at how things are done the way they shouldn't be. Funny Company indeed

Regular Party Drinking at workplace in office at work hours seems to be unappropriate habit, how do you think? Even though it is Russia and being tipsy at work is a norm, I held a belief until Renault that in western company it doesn't exist. Prooved to be wrong. As a consequence the staff is inadequate at most and aggressive at least. Since I was in and out nothing has changed. Patrimony and cronyms explains all. I've seen jobs being succeeded from fathers to children, not on the merit, but loyalty base. Again very asian, very Russian approach. French turn blind eye on this. As to the product - well it is Logan. Meaning primitive outdated and ugly.
