Pros
Really multi-cultural company with many opportunities to grow and thrive in very different departments and positions. The position I had allowed me to work with many other areas, so it gave a super broad perspective regarding logistics in general, from suppliers to customers.
Cons
Very disorganized company and poor communication (vertical and horizontally speaking). Also very judgmental if you wanted to leave the office on time, you were always expected to leave way later, even if you had already finished your tasks for the day.
