      Innovation, lean focus, opportunities to work on challenging projects with people all over the world. Efficient HR policy with alignment between what is said and done.

      Cons

      Top down culture, work life balance can be a challenge still some work to do to ensure talents around the world can reach key positions (still to much held by people of French nationality and evolving in Corporate).

      It was a small team so you learn to do more things than the only expected from you. As it was a regional position, you can travel often.
