      Decent salary, many benefits, - car function, phone, flexible advantages, holiday tickets - multinational company with diff cultural contacts, safe job, team buldings offered by the company, party at the end of the year,

      Management not all the same level, important fluctuation of the personal, not in coherence with the market concerning the salary's.
