      Benefits are decent, company has arranged many discount programs,

      Cons

      Management is disconnected. Field teams are the only ones expected to work 10-12 hour shifts. Saturdays are nearly constant so if your lookin for hours it's a good company. If work life balance is a concern it won't work well.
