      Wonderful company to learn and grow with. Important roles and responsibilities from day one an quick growth for performers. Enjoyable work-hard play-hard if that's something you look for.

      Cons

      It is often cheaper to move a toxic person than to fire them. Everyone knows who they are but they remain.

      Teamwork : I was more than lucky for the Team that I had during my career in RB, we were a diverse team from all parts of the world. Worldwide experience : RB is a real global company, I had the opportunity to travel to key factories and commercial offices in North America, Asia, and Europe. Fast Moving : RB is a dynamic company , moving really fast all the time.
