Not much to say, it used to be a good company

Cons

They keep taking benefits away every year like losing your sick pay and taking your vacation in its place.

Pros

The people at the Bentonville Office are the best!

Cons

People in Parsippany or in Headquarters didn't understand the urgency or scale of servicing a huge customer like Walmart. Improvements need to be made supporting the office a lot more and less push back because it is detailed work, and demanding. I understand cutting cost but there needs to be better visibility in place for the RB Supply Chain to support this Key Customers. Whether its forecasting tools or adding additional factories in better impactful locations that make sense.
