Pros

Modern work environment Reputed brands Fast paced culture Benefits Ability to work from home Extremely Diverse culture

Cons

A few points that need to be noted: 1) Reckitt is not the place for startes if you are serious about making a career. It is a placce where you have made your career somewhere else and are looking for a change. As a entry level employee, all you will face is stress, fire fighting and unprofessional work style including micro managing bosses. 2) The company does not focus on long term strategy and plans but is extremely short sighted. Employees at the entry level have very few limited degrees of freedom and the succession planning usually involves hiring an outsider for a role. Unfortunately, they do not live up to their motto of #freedomtosucceed 3) The pay is decent but I reckon the industry average is much higher. The benefits are quite good though. 4) Who needs work-life balance when you work for Reckitt! Be prepared to burnout and start living for the weeked! 5) Overall, expect a very high stress work environment (for no reason) and if you have new ideas, please keep them to yourself because they would not be heard unless you have fought the fire for the day.
