Pros

fast paced work, individual ownership, culture becoming more inclusive and caring. Is ok with trying and failing. Bonus highly lucrative, if it can be achieved.

Cons

Can be too P&L focussed, narrative is all, can be some big egos, , high churn rate… Not too clear on strategy - new values haven’t really bitten especially amongst managers who have been around a while.
