      Good Learning opportunities for starting a career.

      Cons

      There is rampant favoritism in hiring process in INDIA operations. I already had experience in quality field and spent some time at RB corporate office in UK, BUT I still wasn't called for an interview at their Baddi plant, even after approaching them many times.
