      benefits, salary, mostly good talent to work with

      lack of a motivating, true vision. toxic culture where people are trying to prove themselves all the time to advance their careers. lack of team spirit and coaching.

      the environment is extremely toxic and there is no desire to help employees reach their career goals. pay is very unfair if you compare experience and position within the company

      Pros

      The team on the ground are great, friendly and willing to support each other. Office is nice, coffee etc provided.

      Cons

      Management preach work life balance but do not support this. Posters around the building stating rating for best place to work but whole work force disgruntled and under appreciated. Lack of freedom, they state they take feedback and ideas but never actually want to change. Working hours not appreciated with many people working 12 hours days taken for granted. Lack of support from HR and management, push people out rather than deal with items or concerns.
