The whole company operates on the mantra of "speed over perfection", which ultimately leads to rushed decisions that are made with either sub-standard analysis, poor information or under-the-gun thinking.
There's also a tendency to push for more than what people can deliver in the name of overachieving but this unfortunately results in many good colleagues burning out quickly.
No attention is paid to people-development. You own your own career and the managers could care less if you're being properly trained or groomed for your next position.
