Pros

Flexible working hours. Yearly outing outside Jakarta

Cons

A culture where promotions often favored those who delegated rather than contributed, leaving hardworking employees underappreciated. Sales targets were prioritized to the point of undermining long‑term revenue sustainability, while senior managers spent much of their time in meetings that added little value and rarely provided meaningful support when requested. In some cases, senior finance leaders even belittled colleagues or other teams, which eroded morale and collaboration across the organization.
