      Pros

      Well known brands and that’s about it. Even then RB doesn’t know how to work with them and destroying the equity.

      Cons

      If you enjoy being insulted on a daily basis which they consider ‘challenging behaviour’ then go ahead and work here. The culture is terrible. Leadership team are like children, jumping in corridors, swearing at direct reports, and on a real power trip. Colleagues say - I have RB culture, I can survive here. For anyone who wants integrity and respect don’t bother. The office is full of arrogant people who are not qualified for their jobs.

      Pros

      A big company with notable brands. They give back to their communities.

      Cons

      The company values quick decisions and a fast pace, but they don't seem to know where they're going. Decisions from leadership do not seem to be well thought out resulting in constant changes in direction. HR is a mess.

      Pros

      -Few top400 managers are very inspiring and committed -Interesting industry -Good brands -Good salaries (if you are in the top management) -Good international opportunities

      Cons

      -Toxic aggressive old-fashioned culture -Working from home is discouraged -Horrible location, Slough is way too far from central London (and expensive to reach) -Some T400 are really incapable, they have to take the work done by others to survive -Not inspiring CEO -Everything is based on the short term, the company thinks solely to close the quarter
