Not for everyone

Pros

Fast-Paced, opportunity for growth and movement. Hard work can pay off under some managers

Cons

NO work-life balance. Unrealistic expectations and deadlines - One person expected to do the work of 3. Compete lack of communication and poor management. Low compensation compared to competitors and how much you are expected to work. If you leave when you are done with your work but upper management is still there you are expected to stay and twiddle your thumbs until they leave. HR is awful and extremely unprofessional.

Pros

Quick promotion for hard work. Competitive salary and benefits.

Cons

No work life balance. Management actually prides itself on not caring about accuracy. Unrealistic deadlines. Are told it is a culture of challenging each other but when you do that you are reprimanded.
