      Pros

      Excellent Products. Respected company. High brand equity. Offers great learning environment . Good exposure. Never give you posting in your hometown. Will make you travel a lot on 10 hour notices.

      Cons

      Quite bureaucractic . Archaic processes. Late in new technology adoption. Work culture is pathetic. You will feel like working for a government body.

      The incompetence of senior management beggars belief and the business regularly moves them between countries to mask the issue. Too many young and inexperienced individuals residing in important positions. Zero Work/life balance I could go on...
