Fast Pace But High Stress

Pros

Due to the lean structure and fast pace, you get a lot of exposure and experiences from Day 1 which allows you to quickly enhance your skill set. Also progression is quick so there are many opportunities to work in various locations and across multiple brands.

Cons

On the downside, the structure and fast pace results in a high-stress environment and eventual burnout. Also the demands of the business makes work/life balance difficult. Lastly, the culture encourages disrespect between employees and lack of accountability.

Pros

Opportunities for advancement, exposure to a variety of product categories and many responsibilities that broaden your business perspective. An excellent company for your resume and your career in general

Cons

The company doesn't promote a work-life balance environment. Many hours of work daily. There should also be more opportunities for employees' training and development (through seminars and workshops)
