Good benefits, but life draining and depressing.

Pros

Good insurance, some very good people working at the mid range positions, okay 401k, bonuses pretty fair.

Cons

Too much reliance on MBA's and not enough on common sense and actual real world experience, high stress, long hours, overtime is off the charts, filthy working conditions (outside the main office, of course), a lot of HR issues just waiting to happen.

Pros

good points are : environment , international exposure, room to grow and personal benefits , you learn a lot by doing

Cons

there are poor chance to make the difference since the industry is too much challenging and you do not have the power to make decision that could have an impact on the business
