Pros

Reckitt Benckiser is a global FMCG powerhouse, whose Powerbrands hold No. 1 positions in seven worldwide market categories. Everything moves fast, take risks, you are heard

Cons

Not people oriented, follows competitors and does not anymore have a genuine personality This review has to do with the Greek business not the global.

Pros

Well compensated, excellent benefits, great people, nice town (not too big, not too small), low cost of living, excellent working environment, high expectations of performance level, casual atmosphere. Deep pockets for large improvements to systems.

Cons

Work/Life balance tends to forget the life part, but it's not completely out of hand. Sometimes being such a large corporation, people at corp level have no idea of what goes on at the plant level. But that's probably true with most large corporations. The good outweighs the bad.

Pros

Good benefits, PTO, strong company results. Good company to learn and establish before moving to competitor for better pay. RB people are respected.

Cons

They move people too often (12-18 months) which can lead to a breakdown in internal efficiency. Very accountable environment. A lot is expected.
